Mexican Style Hominy

Description

Spanish name Maiz Pozolero. Hominy is a key ingredient used to elevate many Mexican dishes. It has been a staple item for many centuries; having been used commonly by Aztec tribes.  As its Spanish name suggests, hominy is most famously used in Menudos and Pozoles.
